Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Sarasota, FL. The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. This includes developing financial strategies, preparing financial statements, conducting financial planning, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role will also involve analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with financial compliance and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
