Key Responsibilities
• Research, analyze, and acquire land for residential development.
• Conduct due diligence and negotiate purchase agreements.
• Manage entitlements and approvals with local governments.

• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years of land acquisition, development, or real estate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of land valuation, zoning, and entitlement processes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
