General Manager to help us scale operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a critical leadership role across the business, responsible for:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations (AP/AR, order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping)
• Managing live chat, phone calls, and general customer communication
• Leading and mentoring two customer service representatives
• Cold calling and building relationships with custom home builders and contractors
• Managing Shopify backend, product inventory, and logistics
• Supporting new product development and vendor relationships
• Implementing systems and processes to scale the business
• Reporting directly to ownership and helping set company priorities
What You Bring:
• Proven experience managing operations in a fast-moving startup or small business
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure things out
• Bonus if you have experience with Shopify, consumer products, or home services
