Construction Intern – Spring/Summer 2025
What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
• Gain hands-on experience with the full homebuilding process, from pre-contract through post-close stages, while assisting in meeting project milestones on time and within budget.
• Assist in the warranty process by helping to process customer requests and resolve homeowner concerns.
• Shadow the team to learn scheduling, quality control, safety practices, and cost management on active job sites.
• Participate in customer service activities to understand how homeowner satisfaction impacts overall business success.
• Utilize construction management software to track construction progress, materials, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with various departments including Land Development, Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Purchasing, and Accounting to gain a holistic view of the business.
This role is located at our Empire Office in Greenville, SC .
What We Are Looking For
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program for Construction Management/Science with an interest in pursuing residential construction.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Experience with BuildPro and SupplyPro is an asset.
