We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Administrator to join a local, family owned flooring company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and flooring installations. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing overall productivity.
Salary - $50k-$60k - depending on experience. Direct Hire.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate appointments for clients, ensuring optimal scheduling.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist with clerical duties as needed, including administrative support to various departments.
Utilize office management skills to maintain a smooth workflow within the office.
Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with scheduling software and data entry applications.
Experience in clerical work, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not required.
