CLAIMS FIELD ADJUSTER ONBOARDING & TRAINING MANAGER
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Onboarding & Training Manager to elevate our independent field adjuster team in the homeowners insurance claims sector. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader responsible for transforming new adjusters into high-performing professionals who consistently exceed performance expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that rapidly integrate new independent field adjusters
into our organization
• Develop innovative training curricula and e-learning solutions that address complex claims processing techniques
• Create performance benchmarks and training modules aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor and assess adjuster performance, providing targeted coaching and development strategies
• Collaborate with claims leadership to refine training approaches and address skill gaps
• Leverage technology and training software to enhance learning outcomes
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Training & Development, Insurance, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training, onboarding, or claims management within the real estate
industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
