Production Manager - Roofing
Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a hard-working, motivated, self-sufficient Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager at Bone Dry, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-quality roofing solutions. This is a fast paced career and roofing experience is a plus.
Daily Responsibilities
• Responsible for scheduling projects and ensuring each employee has the correct type of project assigned to them.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate schedules in the CRM software.
• Responsible for pulling project folders out and putting all invoices in them prior to setting them out for the installation team the day before the project starts
• Responsible for 50/50 split expectation of jobsite versus office time.
• Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of each project are completed the first time
• Oversee that each employee is performing a walkthrough with their customers at the completion of each project.
• Ensure each employee is collecting payment for each job upon completion
• Oversee that all employees turn in accurate and completed job folders with the closing sheets, invoices, and receipts.
• Responsible for matching and sourcing materials for each project and having them staged for the project prior to the project starting and adjusting project invoices as needed
• Ensure that all employees are utilizing communications software for consistent and regular project updates.
• Maintain accurate notes, and details in CRM software for each project.
• Ensure fleet (trucks and trailers) are maintained properly.
• Conduct job audits during and after projects.
• Ensure all safety procedures are in practice at all times.
• Responsible for running “callback” and “issue resolution” appointments for previously completed Bone Dry Roofing: Confidential & Proprietary projects
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Roofing or building experience is a plus
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights
• Safety Oriented
• Highly motivated
• Good Communication Skills
• Quick Learner
• On time and ready to work every day
• Willing to work long hours for great pay
• Military service a plus
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
