Private Practice Therapist
Stillwell Athens is seeking licensed therapists to join our growing group therapy practice dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care. Our practice specializes in serving college students, young professionals, couples, and families navigating life transitions offering a supportive and collaborative environment for both clients and therapists.
We offer flexible scheduling, including weekends, making this an excellent opportunity for therapists looking to supplement their current practice or build a full caseload if desired. This position operates under the oversight and support of the Clinical Director and we offer opportunities for peer consultation meetings.
At Stillwell, we handle administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing, and claims filing, allowing you to focus solely on providing high-quality care to your clients. We will assist with insurance credentialing as well.
This is a primarily in-person role in the heart of Athens, GA, with potential opportunities for virtual sessions once a caseload is established.
Skills & Requirements
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Fully licensed in Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Ability to provide individual and/or group therapy to adolescents, young adults, college students, young professionals, couples, and families.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Professional personal liability insurance to practice independently.

Pay: $60.00 - $95.00 per hour
