Summary
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of assigned Associations by keeping proper communication and maintaining a good relationship with Board members. Performs certain property management functions, such as for clubhouse rentals and gate access for all Associations managed by NHE. Performs certain Business Unit and Greenville Office Administrative duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
For Assigned Portfolio of Associations: Other Administrative Duties: QUALIFICATIONS
• Attend scheduled board meetings. Type and mail minutes for Associations at their request for a fee. Keep copies of minutes in notebooks.
• Conduct inspection of Associations’ properties as contracted and keep a record of any repairs needed as well as schedule repairs with contractors. Meet contractors and/or board members on property as needed.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Keep written documentation on any potential liability for any Association and notify VP promptly
• Respond to homeowners’ requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assemble homeowner packages for annual meetings.
• Send welcome packages to all new owners per property.
• Handle banking matters regarding loans per property as necessary.
• Gather all information needed for filing annual taxes.
• Keep accounting of property expenses to ensure reimbursement for NHE, Inc.
• Review and distribute monthly financials to board members for each property.
• Monitor collections. Mail monthly late notices when applicable.
• Turn in information to attorney for lien procedures.
• Keep copies of keys in key box for each property. Have copies made when needed.
• Assist other Association Managers with oversight of major projects and other tasks, as needed.
• Maintain clubhouse calendar for all Associations to ensure proper scheduling of events for members.
• Maintain gate system information for all Associations.
• Staff front desk as assigned.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Schedule continuing education classes for property management (IREM), CAI, etc.
• Order office supplies and assist with Greenville office facilities management as requested.
• Perform other Business Unit administrative duties as requested.
• Perform other duties may be assigned that can be performed safely and may be required as deemed necessary by NHE, Inc.

Educational And/Or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Some college preferred. One year related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
