Senior Human Resources Manager
Position Overview:
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading all human resources operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be strategic, a problem solver, and have strong leadership skills to manage a team while aligning HR practices with the company’s business goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
• Experience in managing a team and driving HR change management initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
