🔹 Accurately price revisions and changes in project scopes.
🔹 Keep Project Managers informed with real-time updates and modifications .
🔹 Partner with Project Managers & Assistant Project Managers to develop winning proposals.

✔️ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex projects.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Piping .
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Estimating .
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Industrial/Construction projects .
✔️ Expertise in Negotiation, Value Engineering, Project Estimation, Construction, Pre-Construction, Change Orders, Budgeting, Estimates, Construction Management, and Piping .
