JOB TITLE: QA Sr. Lab Tech
REPORTS TO: QA Lab Manager
PURPOSE: Associate is responsible for performing required testing for each lot processed in the lab. This requires qualification on all corresponding lab equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledge of all general plant safety rules & safety absolutes.
• Willingness to learn multiple testing processes including but not limited to: • Operating Clicker Press to Cut laboratory Test Samples
• Operating Washer/Dryers for Dimensional Stability Cycles
• Unload CI 5000 when needed
• Run electrostatic decay test
• Flammability testing when necessary
• Assist with other testing as needed when job is caught up
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer Skills- Excel MES SAP MTS
• Understanding test results, analyze data, etc.
• Detail Oriented
• Basic Math skills. (Average, Decimal Places)
PROGRAMS/SYSTEMS:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Entering Data in Computer for Test Results (MTS)
• Generating Test Form to Begin Process
• Logging Headers from Inspection into Inventory Summary

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: FREQUENCY, AMOUNT, OR DESCRIPTION
• Standing : Ability to stand while operating or completing tests: 75% of day
• Sitting : Ability to sit down or stay seated at computer terminal: 30% of day
• Walking : Ability to move throughout the department: 20% of day
• Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25lbs: <5% of day
Ability to lift up to 10lbs: <5% of day
• Climbing: N/A 0% of day
• Push/Pull/Reach: Ability to push/pull cabinet drawers/samples cart 5% of day
• Bending: Ability to pick up objects from the floor, etc. 5% of day
• Visual Acuity: Ability to read documents, computer screens 100% of day
