Distribution Center Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee a large-scale facility supporting nationwide product distribution.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of 400+ associates in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and building a culture that values performance, safety, and service.

What You’ll Do
✅ Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume distribution center
✅ Inspire and manage a large team with a focus on communication, safety, and performance
✅ Drive customer service excellence by ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment
✅ Optimize layout, labor, and logistics processes to increase throughput and efficiency
✅ Collaborate across departments to enhance warehouse and transportation systems
✅ Utilize data and KPIs to identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Embrace technology and automation, including robotics and WMS enhancements
✅ Support workforce planning, training, and employee engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5–10 years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution
✔️ Strong background in managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement tools
✔️ Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL)
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Management, or related field (preferred, not required)
✔️ Clear communicator with a people-first mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction
✔️ Proven ability to lead through change , build trust, and deliver results
