Manual QA Lead
What you'll do...
• Review software specifications to understand functionality, requirements, and potential risk areas.
• Identify key test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage across different use cases.
• Develop detailed test cases covering functional, regression, exploratory, and load testing.
• Execute manual test cases, verifying expected outcomes and identifying inconsistencies.
• Perform API and load testing using industry-standard tools to assess system performance and reliability.
• Document and report defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
• Retest previously identified defects to confirm successful resolution.
• Maintain and update test cases within test case management tools as requirements evolve.
• Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure application compatibility across different environments.
• Support user acceptance testing by collaborating with stakeholders to validate software from an end-user perspective.
What we're looking for...
• At least four years of experience in manual software testing with a strong foundation in structured testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing and executing manual test cases with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with test case management tools, bug tracking systems, API testing tools, and load testing tools.
• Experience conducting cross-browser and performance testing to ensure stability under different conditions.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying edge cases, usability issues, and potential system vulnerabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities to clearly report defects and testing outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
