As a Talent Acquisition Specialist each day will bring new challenges and opportunities, especially in personal interactions. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running simultaneously. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from talent exploration, evaluation, and interviewing to managing recruitment programs and processes and enhancing our recruitment marketing and employment branding.
What You’ll Do
• Recruitment Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent exploration to interviewing to offers
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with hiring managers, division leaders, and other key stakeholders to deeply understand talent needs, align recruiting efforts with business goals, and provide guidance where needed.
• Candidate Experience: Foster a positive and memorable candidate journey by providing exceptional communication, support, and guidance throughout the application and interview process.
• Interviewing and Assessment : Conduct thorough and insightful interviews, evaluating candidates based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Employment Branding : Elevate United Community’s reputation as an employer that values belonging and inclusion.
• Recruiting Programs: Develop and manage innovative recruiting programs, including internships and other initiatives aimed at attracting emerging talent.
• Reporting: Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities.
Required For Success
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent education/experience in a related field
• 2 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or in a similar role
• Experience working with ADP/Workforce Now Recruitment is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume and metric driven environment
• Ability to utilize all types of social media platforms to source for top candidates
• Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within the organization
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Self-directed, thorough, and exceptionally organized mindset
• Intermediate proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office suite products and, Excel
• Analytical and research skills
• Previous experience recruiting in financial services industry preferred
• Presentation and public speaking experience preferred

• This is a full-time position with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed
