Our client seeking an experienced Field Adjuster Onboarding & Training Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts for independent field adjusters specializing in Homeowners Insurance Claims . This role ensures field adjusters are well-prepared to handle claims effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards and exceeding performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Recruit, onboard, and mentor independent field adjusters, ensuring they meet experience and performance requirements.
✔ Develop and implement training programs covering claims handling, compliance, and technology usage.
✔ Monitor adjuster performance, establish KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
✔ Ensure adjusters meet licensing, appointment, and regulatory requirements across multiple states.
✔ Strategically deploy adjusters based on anticipated claim volumes, geographic needs, and surge capacity.
✔ Provide ongoing professional development and engagement programs to ensure long-term retention.
Qualifications:
🔹 5+ years of experience in claims management, onboarding, or training.
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills in a remote, distributed workforce environment.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes and field adjusting.
🔹 Proven experience in developing training programs and e-learning solutions.
🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
🔹 Proficiency in claims management and training software .
🔹 Bachelor's degree in business, training & development, insurance, or a related field .
