Job Description:
- Provide therapeutic treatment and evaluation of patients in a hospital setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to determine patient care plans.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Wear the designated Caribbean Blue scrub color for clinical support staff.
- Flexible to cover AM/PM shifts as assigned.
