• You will work in an upscale office with a positive and supportive team.
• Manage a budget including monitoring expenses, initiating cost control programs and negotiating prices with vendors.
• Present at board meetings.
• Review and distribute monthly financials.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Previous experience managing a property, HOA, retail store or restaurant.
• Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency
• Knowledge of reviewing and handling budgets including assets and cash flow.
