What your future day will look like:
• Develop manufacturing/troubleshooting procedures for equipment and processes.
• Modify electrical/electronic controls to improve efficiency of equipment and processes.
• Write SOPs for equipment and processes.
• Make corrective action recommendations for non-conforming products.
• Perform ad hoc project work.
• Practice different methodologies including Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Shainin and 6 Sigma.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Prior experience working around electro-mechanical industrial equipment.
• A.S. engineering degree or 5 years of similar work experience.
• Prior experience with electronic data acquisition.
• Prior experience with developing and troubleshooting machine controls.
