We have a new opportunity for a Level 1 Desktop Support to join our client’s team onsite in Reading, PA. There will be overnight stays required for a couple of areas. Reimbursement for gas and stays will be provided. The work schedule will be M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work
•
Hardware set up, not repairs – some sanitation may be required
•
Deskside support for all end user computing
•
Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
•
Reimage devices as needed
•
Project will be in Phases:
•
Phase 1: installing monitors across 120 different sites
•
Phase 2: Working in district control center
•
Phase 3: Site audits and refreshes and different corporate sites
Skills and Qualifications:
•
Good communication skills
•
Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
•
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
•
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
•
Good customer support skills
$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
