Position Title: Offline Support A-Shift 1 position open
Responsibilities
• Follow all instructions given by the supervisor/project manager whether written or verbally communicated
• Report problems or concerns to supervisor/project manager immediately
• Follow work instructions meticulously, verbally instructed or in writing
• Report shift changes to coworkers/team leader/project manager
• Attend transition meeting prior to start of shift
• Facilitate start-up meetings for Yard teams to include communicating important information, such as changes in process, driver awareness, safety, blocks
• Verify and report daily headcounts. Ensure that all positions are filled and report to the Supervisor or his/her Proxy within 30 minutes after start of shift
• Ensure Special Projects are staffed and completed
• Responsible for cleanliness of process and storage area; report defective equipment to supervisor and arrange for repair; inspecting for mutilation risks with drivers and within process area
• Manage and communicate in a professional, fair, respectful way internally within rG as well as with process partners
• Report performance and personnel concerns with EEs to supervisor in a timely manner
• Serve as Proxy for Supervisor as needed (when no Supervisor on-site)
Minimum Requirements
• A good attendance history and performance required
• Completed 90 Day evaluation period with redi-Group
• Needs to be flexible for scheduling and available for over time
• Strong work ethic is a priority
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Good verbal English communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Computer skills to include, but are not limited to Outlook, MS Office, and Adobe
