About The Role
Our client, a well-established law firm in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure the firm runs efficiently. This role involves managing office operations, human resources, financial coordination, and compliance while supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Coordinate financial operations with the firm's accounting manager.
• Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including client confidentiality.
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Manage technology systems and coordinate with the firm's IT provider.
• Oversee the annual review of health insurance and other staff benefits.
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in legal or law firm administration.
• Strong knowledge of legal industry practices, terminology, and regulations.
• Experience in financial management, HR, and office administration.
• Proficiency with legal and accounting software (e.g., Orion) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Florida Bar regulations and compliance requirements.
Compensation
