Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing customer service team and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to manage order processing and logistics coordination with precision and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage the customer service team to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Establish and nurture relationships with our valued customers through active and effective communication.
• Oversee the seamless operations of order processing and tracking, working closely with scheduling and production teams.
• Collaborate with the logistics department to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Professionally handle and resolve any escalated customer inquiries and issues.
• Develop and implement customer service policies that enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail when processing orders, managing inventory, and monitoring production.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and various internal departments to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of five years of customer service experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software systems.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
