The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the execution of comprehensive field marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and enhancing brand visibility in the marketplace. This position demands a strategic thinker who possesses exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep passion for innovative marketing practices.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on goals, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field marketing, a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and tools, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
By utilizing data-driven insights and creative problem-solving, the Marketing Field Specialist will contribute significantly to the overall success of the marketing initiatives, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
Responsibilities
• Understanding Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and the Medical Landscape.
• Drive the growth of new senior patients, which serves as the key performance indicator (KPI) for success. Your effectiveness will be measured against established targets.
• Actively promote the Millennium brand by developing and implementing innovative strategies aimed at expanding the provider panel, thereby increasing patient accessibility and care options.
• Utilize creative marketing techniques to attract new patients, leveraging unique value propositions and outreach initiatives that resonate with the senior demographic.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with essential stakeholders, including hospitals, specialist groups, insurance companies, brokers, physical therapy centers, and walk-in clinics, to enhance service offerings and referral pathways.
• Engage with the community through participation in senior expos and health fairs at venues like the YMCA, showcasing our services and connecting with potential patients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, and senior organizations to foster collaboration and improve patient engagement.
• Organize and host open house events, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and other Chamber of Commerce activities to raise community awareness about our services and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents, practice managers, physicians, and other leaders within the organization to align goals and ensure cohesive efforts in patient outreach and retention.
• Conduct thorough analysis of Excel spreadsheets and other data reports to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions and facilitate meaningful conversations with stakeholders.
• Proficiently operate within platforms such as Salesforce and Athena, as well as other computer-based systems, to manage information effectively and track progress.
• Work collaboratively with fellow field representatives, providing support and assistance to achieve organizational objectives collectively.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and implement effective advertising campaigns and marketing tools that enhance visibility and strengthen brand awareness.
• Coordinate efforts with the business development and integration team to ensure a seamless transition for new physicians, facilitate their integration into practice, and optimize patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for candidates from a healthcare background.
• Direct experience with broker engagement in the primary care environment, preferred.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and insurance sectors.
• Effective team collaborator with a passion for innovative brainstorming and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Results-driven, with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
• Advanced critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
• Proven ability to work methodically and consistently meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel, with the flexibility to accommodate occasional overnight trips each quarter.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Physical Demands
