This position is responsible for working on the front line to ensure the ongoing repair and maintenance of reusable stainless-steel kegs regarding quantity and quality.
Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Load and unload product for processing as well as sorting all inbound loads
• Assist warehouse team in inventory counts; shipping and receiving
• Repair product to include rebuilding valves, repairing, removing or fixing stickers, and test for quality to meet customer specifications
Production Associate Required Skills • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work Thrive in a fast-pace environment
• able to maintain quality Strong work ethic ability to adapt quickly to innovation and change
• Operate in alignment with safety functions - Lockout / Tagout, chemical handling, etc.
• Ability to work occasional flexible, long hours based on company/volume needs. Work hours vary depending on business needs and shift assigned.
• Personal protective equipment is required when on the production floor to include: steel toe boots, hearing protection and eye protection.
Production Associate Qualifications • Must be 21 years or older
• High School Diploma and GED Minimum
• 6 months of labor-intensive work experience
