Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTAC MS Tele Facility: Prisma Health North Greenville Hospital Location: 807 N Main St, Travelers Rest, SC 29690 Start Date: 04/14/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Compensation: •   Weekly Gross: $2,764.00 Per Week •   On W2(Taxable): $1,056.00 Per Week ($22/hour) •   Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,708.00 Per Week Job Summary: Prisma Health North Greenville Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for their LTAC MS Tele unit. This role requires a professional with 1+ year of EPIC experience and an active South Carolina license or a multistate license. The nurse will be expected to provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Medical Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) setting, floating as necessary to other Prisma Health units per census needs. Key Responsibilities: •   Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the LTAC MS/Tele unit and other units as needed. •   Float between units at Prisma Health facilities as requested, based on census needs. •   Perform nursing tasks within the scope of competencies already demonstrated and documented. •   Administer medications and treatments as per the doctor's orders. •   Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the physician. •   Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide coordinated and effective care. •   Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge plans. •   Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with EPIC EMR system. •   Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care and safety standards. Requirements: •   1+ years of recent experience in an LTAC, Med-Surg, or Telemetry unit. •   Active South Carolina RN license or multistate compact license. •   BLS and ACLS certifications required. •   EPIC EMR experience (1-year minimum). •   Must be willing to float to other Prisma Health units if needed. •   1+ year of experience with Telemetry patients required.
