Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Greet and welcome prospective residents, conducting engaging property tours to showcase available units and community amenities. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about leasing options, pricing, and availability. Assist with the leasing application process, including document verification, background checks, and fee collection. Proactively follow up with leads and nurture strong relationships with prospective tenants to meet or exceed leasing goals. Address resident questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and professionalism. Collaborate with the community management team to organize resident events and activities that enhance the resident experience. Serve as a liaison between residents and property management, facilitating maintenance requests and communicating policy updates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity, applications, and communications in the property management system. Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation efficiently and accurately. Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive properties, industry trends, and best practices in leasing. Position Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Prior experience in leasing or property management. Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Section 8 programs (preferred). Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi and OneSite. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
