Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. Utilize Corperate Software and other CRM tools to manage leads and track interactions effectively. Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies that align with business development goals. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and provide regular reports on progress. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up with leads promptly. Experience Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on lead generation and business development. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential clients. A background in customer service is beneficial, showcasing the ability to build rapport with clients. A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and generating new leads is essential.
