Great Work Environment Registered Dietitian Job Summary: The Registered Dietitian is responsible for coordinating nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting dietary information about residents, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and the company’s established policies and procedures. Registered Dietitian Major Duties and Critical Tasks: Nutritional Assessment-Evaluate the nutritional needs of residents. Care Plan Development-Create and implement individualized care plans based on assessments. Nutritional Counseling-Provide dietary guidance to residents and their families. Menu Planning- Design and approve menus to meet the nutritional needs of residents. Monitoring and Evaluation- Track residents' progress and adjust care plans as needed. Regulatory Compliance- Ensure dietary services comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Registered Dietitian Required Education and Experience: B.S./B.A. in Dietitian Registered Dietitian ( RD ) credential and CDN credential within 6 months is required Experience in a healthcare facility preferred 2-year minimum experience in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition:
Salary: $56.5K - $68.5K a year
