BRANCH WAREHOUSE PERSON General Summary Provide support for daily branch operations, i.e. pull orders, and put away stock. Essential Job Functions Pull orders for customers Load and unload shipments/deliveries using proper equipment Prepare product for shipment via UPS, FedEx and common carrier Receive shipments from UPS, FedEx and common carrier Handle and process paperwork on damaged product. Prepare Returns and Reclaims for shipment including appropriate paperwork Break down and put away stock using proper equipment Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known) Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company Regular and punctual attendance Other Job Functions Assist at counter as needed Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment inside and out; i.e., empty trash, sweep floors, clean bathroom(s), etc. Perform related jobs as required Skills and Physical Abilities - Equipment - Work Environment Ability to carry/lift at least 50 pounds (4-5 hours daily) Ability to use computer system as pertains to the job Ability to get along with customers and other employees, follow directions and work under pressure Forklift Overtime as required during off-season and mandatory during season and inventory Heated store area/ Unheated warehouse area Concrete floors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Application Question(s): Will you be willing to assist on counter whenever manager dictates and/or when you have completed your designated tasks?
