We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented talent with a great smile and hospitable heart! Qualified candidates with lunchtime availability (1030a-430p) will be given priority in the evaluation process. Our hosts set the tone for the shift so being able to plan, problem solve and think on your feet are a MUST! This position will require managing a reservation system (OpenTable Guest Center) that utilizes both reservations and walk-ins. Calculating proper wait times and being an accommodating hostess will be a key to your success! In addition, but not limited to, this position will require light cleaning duties to keep the host stand and all surrounding areas tidy and "show ready", along with steady walking and standing, cleaning and resetting guest tables, taking phone calls and to-go orders. REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills (oral, and written) Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Must be a team player, and work well with others Maintain punctual attendance Must have availability to work AM/PM and weekend shifts Comply with a dress code that is functional, yet professional.
