Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LPN to: Gather demographic and clinical information from patients for admission/observation. Utilize nursing expertise to assess clinical appropriateness and collaborate with managed care and third-party payors for continued patient care authorization. Provide guidance and support to the Case Management team regarding payor-specific processes and expectations. Serve as a liaison between payors and the medical management team, addressing payor-related issues efficiently.
