Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

What your future day will look like:
• Manage production scheduling, raw materials, inventory control and procurement.
• Work closely with various departments including quality, production and logistics ensuring production activities proceed on schedule along with streamlining processes
• Develop purchasing strategies (including analyzing market trends) ensuring raw materials are readily available for production while minimizing excessive inventory
• Develop/maintain relationships with vendors including negotiating terms, pricing and delivery times
• Work with different teams/departments to drive continuous improvement

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a similar discipline is required
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience (including production scheduling & procurement) in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in chemicals manufacturing will be a huge plus!
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
