Business Development Representative (BDR) – Customer Expansion
What You’ll Do:
• Engage with current customers all day via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to drive SaaS conversions and upsell other solutions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of transitioning to SaaS and how our additional products can enhance their operations.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they understand our value and long-term benefits.
• Uncover customer needs by identifying pain points, expansion opportunities, and upcoming contract renewals.
• Qualify and pass leads to the sales team for further engagement when needed.
• Track and document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring a clear record of customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Continuously develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of customer challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or business development role (SaaS or B2B experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
• Proactive and goal-driven mindset , comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Ability to handle objections , problem-solve, and drive meaningful conversations.
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoom Info, Zendesk, Sell) is a plus.
• Eager to learn and grow within a high-energy sales environment.
