Escrow Officer
Seeking Escrow Closer for our Sarasota location. This position requires a customer service professional focused on delivering exceptional service for real estate buyers, sellers, and realtors.
The candidate will be responsible for verifying the clearance of all title insurance underwriting requirements, and accurately preparing professional-looking documents for execution in the transfer of real estate, in accordance with the contract and title requirements. Responsible for collection and disbursement of funds exchanged in the real estate transaction. Must be an exceptional service-minded individual who can provide over-the-top service.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years experience as an Escrow Officer in Florida
• Energetic team player who is positive, has a great sense of humor and a professional image
• Must be willing to attend and speak at sales meetings and build relationships with agents
• Must have excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Windows based computing; literate in MS Word, Email and the Web
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize work
• Must be able to work independently and be a reliable team player
This is a full-time salaried position - Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5: 0 0 pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Travel outside of the office and overtime may be required at times.
