Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Salina, KS. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our landscape and irrigation and maintenance services. Key tasks include, creating marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth. Additionally, the role involves engaging with clients, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Ability to develop and manage social media strategies
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the landscaping or irrigation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Salina, KS
