What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes to Limoncello’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Work alongside the kitchen team to execute service smoothly.
• Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
