Regional Sales Representative
Wilson Roofing, a leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor, is currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Representatives to expand our roofing repair/maintenance and re-roof sales. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in outside sales and demonstrate a strong desire for professional development. As part of our sales team, you will benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing support. This career opportunity offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Compensation: Base Salary of $40,000 + Unlimited Commission
Expected earnings: 1 st year = $100,000+ … 2 nd year = $150,000+

In the role of Regional Sales Representative , you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory.
Job Summary:
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Wilson Roofing.
Candidate Qualifications:
• 2-3 years outside sales experience is required, preferably in construction or industrial sales.
• Commercial roofing sales or experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset.
