KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Organizational Effectiveness to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and delivery of surveys conducted on the Qualtrics platform, including designing survey items to minimize response bias, creating a user-friendly survey experience, and conducting testing for quality assurance
• Analyze survey and other data to identify key themes, patterns and storylines/narratives, as well as create executive summaries for leaders to easily understand key findings and takeaways
• Help support stakeholders in developing measurement strategies and approaches for driving behavior change, by playing a consultative role to understand stakeholder needs and provide input based on research and knowledge of best practices
• Take a lead role in developing and managing project plans, ensuring that team members are clear on roles/responsibilities and tasks are completed on time
• Conduct external research and stay informed on key trends, as well as practices around employee experience, employee engagement, and employee listening techniques (such as surveys)
• Encourage the design and development of user-friendly dashboards that allow leaders and other stakeholders to quickly gain key insights from survey results
Qualifications:
• Minimum one year of recent professional experience working with people analytics/insights
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or similar discipline preferred
• Strong analytical thinking; proficient in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) or similar statistical software programs; experience working with large data sets, including quality checking
• Profound project management skills with strong attention to detail; organizational and planning skills, along with excellent time management, including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and pivot as needed; understanding of research methodologies and basic measurement principles (particularly survey design)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Qualtrics survey tool or other related surveying technologies is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
