Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Venice, FL . As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing the sales operations for our residential development projects. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and leading a team to ensure sales targets are met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales leader to work with an established and growing residential developer.
Compensation Structure: Base + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth for residential developments.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing homebuyers, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders in the community.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences to adjust sales strategies and maximize market share.
• Sales Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for buyers.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance, provide regular reports to upper management, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and professionally to maintain the developer’s reputation.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience in residential real estate or a similar industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Leadership: Previous experience managing and leading a sales team.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential real estate sales, pricing strategies, and market conditions in the Venice area.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and drive results.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
• License: Florida Real Estate License (preferred but not required).
