Director of Claims
Our client, a National Insurance carrier, is looking to hire a new Director of Claims to their staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience preferably in field adjusting and claims management . This is a full-time staff position that offers generous benefits, PTO and vacation time.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Claims Management experience
• Experience with CAT event claims handling and large-scale deployment of adjusters
• Experience with relationship-building, sales, and networking skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Must be able to work in-office
• Direct Carrier / Staff experience
