We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Assembler. This full-time, 2nd Shift position is based in Rockledge, FL, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork .
The assembler works as part of a team creating quality products that will meet and exceed customer expectation! Our assembler position is responsible for producing completed cabinets by assembling pre-machined parts and sub-assemblies according to pre-defined assembly patterns.
Responsibilities
• Support the CARE values of the organization.
• Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
• Perform bench-type processes to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor.
• Performs preventative maintenance on tools as required.
• Monitors the quality of parts and sub-assemblies being assembled.
• Work at a pace required to meet production goals while maintaining company quality standards.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to utilize measuring tools and basic math skills
Working Relationship
Communication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates and production floor workers. The assembler works under the immediate supervision of the Department Supervisor.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time
• Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period
PPE
Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes at all times while on the production floor.
Safety
This position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all require protective personal equipment (PPE). Specifically, eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times while in the production floor.
