Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Summary
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through door-to-door lead generation. Your goal is to engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. This is a high-energy, independent role were persistence and resilience lead to success.
Earn More: Base-pay PLUS uncapped commission potentially $17/hr. - $55/hr.

Minimum Qualifications
• Highschool diploma or GED
• 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
• Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment
• Basic Math aptitude (subtraction and addition)
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Supervisory Responsibilities
Essential Functions
• Actively canvassing neighborhoods and communities to identify and educate potential customers on window and door replacement services.
• Initiating conversations with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services, and building rapport with potential customers.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Renewal by Andersen's window and door products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners.
• Implementing effective follow-up strategies to nurture potential leads and maintain ongoing communication with homeowners who may not be ready to commit immediately.
• Developing familiarity with the geographical area and local demographics to optimize lead generation efforts.

• Residential Areas: Door knockers primarily work in residential neighborhoods, going door-to-door to engage with homeowners.

• Homeowner Interactions: The main work environment involves direct interactions with homeowners at their doors, introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Door knockers often collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with generated leads and facilitating the transition from lead generation to the sales process.
• Technology Use: Utilizing electronic devices, such as tablets or smartphones, for lead tracking, accessing customer information, and inputting data.
