POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:
Join a rapidly growing company in the healthcare industry! As a key member of the Elevate Healthcare team, the ISR will work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality products and services. This role will involve collaborating with various departments such as Engineering, Clinical Specialists, Product Management, Procurement, and Internal QA to drive and maintain top-notch quality performance. By leveraging quality tools, this individual will play an integral role in shaping and enhancing the quality culture at Elevate Healthcare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and other prospective strategies.
• Retain existing customers through communication, relationship building and set measurable and mutual customer expectations that will drive revenue.
• Actively promote and sell service plans and specific catalog products to both new and existing customers.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on the features, benefits, and pricing of service plans and catalog products.
• Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable service plan or product from the catalog.
• Generate and close sales opportunities over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers for service plans and catalog products.
• Research potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding service plans, products, and orders promptly and professionally.
• Offer personalized consultations to customers to help them select the right service plan and products from the catalog.
• Process sales orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are accurately completed.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets for service plans and catalog products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and other relevant information in CRM tools.
• Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy in billing, contact information, and order details.
REQUIREMENTS
• College Degree or equivalent combination of studies and experience.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in selling service plans, products, or a similar industry.
• Assertive sales mindset, enthusiastic about developing new business and cultivating undiscovered opportunities to improve territory sales results.
• Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, providing a positive, consultative experience.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
• Able to travel up to 20%.
PREFERRED:
• Prior experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce,) is preferred.
GENERAL:
• Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures at all times
• Perform all duties in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain security of all proprietary information.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift or push weight up to 50 pounds (simulators).
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
