Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level Waterproofing Technician to assist with various construction and waterproofing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in the construction and coatings industry. You will be trained on the job and work alongside a supportive team to learn essential skills in waterproofing and surface coating applications.
Responsibilities:
•    Assist in applying waterproofing systems and coatings to various surfaces.
•    Prepare surfaces for coating application by grinding, cleaning, and priming.
•    Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
•    Follow all safety guidelines.
•    Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
•    Perform general labor tasks as required.
Qualifications:
•    No prior experience necessary; we will train you!
•    Experience in painting, waterproofing, or other coatings is a plus.
•    Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
•    Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
•    Must have reliable form of transportation to job site.
•    Willingness to learn, retain information, and attention to detail is a must.
