Job Responsibilities:
The Task Force Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all IHG Brand Standards are met. They will lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support as needed. The Assistant General Manager will also be involved in training and hiring new staff members, as well as managing the Opera System for efficient front office operations.
With at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations and a proven track record of leadership. They must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
