Job Title: Corporate Counsel
Location: Sarasota, Florida (3 days per week in office)

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for corporate and subsidiary operations
• Negotiate and advise on commercial matters
• Support M&A through due diligence and drafting deal documents
• Collaborate on legal issues including corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy
Must-Have Skills:
• Juris Doctor with a strong academic record
• 4-5+ years of legal experience
• Minimum of two years of experience at a multinational law firm
• Expertise in drafting commercial contracts (software licenses, supply agreements, etc.)
• Understanding of litigation prevention and regulatory compliance
Nice to Have Skills:
• In-house legal experience
• Familiarity with corporate governance, labor law, intellectual property, and data privacy
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
