Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives and streamline daily operations. Acting as the central coordinator for marketing projects, this individual will ensure deadlines are met, resources are efficiently allocated, and strategies are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and ensures that marketing efforts are executed flawlessly. From coordinating trade show logistics to tracking performance metrics, this role is key in driving efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing functions.
Required Skills:
• At least five years of experience in marketing operations or project management within a marketing team
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully overseeing marketing initiatives from start to finish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus
• Hands-on experience coordinating trade shows, events, and vendor relationships to maximize brand visibility
• Skilled in developing and refining marketing presentations to support campaigns and leadership needs
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, event success, and project timelines for optimization
• Experience maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for clear communication across teams
• Budget oversight experience to ensure marketing resources are allocated effectively
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
