Our Athens, GA office is looking for a Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.
The hourly rate target for this role is $25.00 to $30.00, depending on skills and experience.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
Responding to Client questions by phone and email
• Researching and resolving issues by interacting with internal Wealth Enhancement Group departments and our custodial partners
• Preparing and processing internal documents and custodial documents for client signature such as applications and transfer forms.
Back-office Advisor Support
• Preparing Meeting Materials as needed (generating reports, binding presentations, and gathering statements)
• Handling Post-Meeting Action Items (archiving notes, client maintenance forms preparation)
Processing Financial Transactions
• Depositing client checks
• Processing money movements
• Submitting Trade Instructions
General Administrative Duties
• Preparing/processing USPS/UPS mailings
• Scanning documents
Education/Qualifications
• 3+ years of customer service /administrative experience is needed
• 4-year degree preferred
• Financial administration experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
• Professional presence and communication skills
• Strong process management skills and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Superior Attention to Detail
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in a banking or financial services role is a plus
• Desire to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 65) a plus
• Salesforce experience a plus
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Associate level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00.
