Job Summary
Receives incoming visitors and answers various personal, telephone and email inquiries in all areas of human resources. Responsible for the Human Resources telephone and/or email correspondence stations. Facilitates gathering and maintenance of records and logs, which may include new hire and/or benefits records. Performs a variety of clerical duties as related to departmental needs. Notarizes documents for new hires and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Require minimum of one (1) years related experience, preferably in the Human Resources or employment office of a similarly sized health care organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer effective customer service skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of staff and the public, both in person and by telephone.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of PC/software applications and word processing skills.
- Prefer knowledge of HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System(s).
- Prefer ability to exercise sound discretionary judgment and effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Prefer ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Prefer ability to satisfactorily manage multiple duties simultaneously.
- Prefer Notary Public.
Mandatory Education
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Preferred Education
AD: Associate's Degree
